Awesome. I updated the post.
Also, it’s set to WIKI, so I think that means anyone can edit my original post to add new information?

ITEAD just released a new device that is an upgrade to their SONOFF line of hardware, which adds the ability to monitor power usage.

It would be a good idea to add to this list the communication protocol for each device e.g. http, mqtt, udp etc…

sonoff can be made to speak MQTT via an alternate firmware. GitHub - arendst/Sonoff-MQTT-OTA: Provide ESP8266 based itead Sonoff with MQTT and OTA firmware - Now EOL

sonoff also speaks MQTT with espeasy firmware: ESPEasy - Let's Control It

what I like about it is that is offers some simple on-event scripting via its web-interface, so no need to flash the device to just make a tiny change

This plug sells on Amazon for as little as $14 each in the bulk packs. Unconfirmed as of now if it works with Node-RED
