Best way to measure 8 CTs?

Looking for the hardware needed to measure eight (8) CTs. The 8 CTs will come all from the same electrical panel, so proximity is not an issue.

2-off emonTx, or look at something like Home Energy Monitoring System, or look at one of the higher-powered Arduinos (like Boredman) with 8 analogue inputs, and add a DIY front end as detailed in our Learn section.
