Hello there! I recently got my heat pump installed (Vaillant AroTherm Plus 12kw). After trying to heat up the house via two configured UFH zones, I noticed that one of the zones is not picking up sensor data (looks like it’s not ‘assigned’?), even though I can see the correct sensor data reported via the “Sensor/actuator test”. Because of this, I assume it’s the reason why only one of my zones is heating properly (sensor works to heat pump can ramp up and down), while the other zone stays on a fixed value (that is quite low).
I hope there’s an easy fix to get it assigned! My installer is somewhat unhelpful and patronizing (“I’ve been doing this for 35 years”, “call Vaillant!”), so I’m asking here.
