Please can someone explain what these two values for COP mean? What is the value in brackets?
As an aside - if I take the reported 829kWh for output and divide by the 234kWh for input, I get 3.542, not 3.55.
What is this (3.44) value?
Thanks.

The 3.55 (versus 3.542) is probably just down to display precision. If the 234kWh electric is actually 233.7 (say) you get 3.547 which rounds to 3.55.
No idea about the 3.44 though…
That’s almost certainly correct.
This is the COP when 10 kWh of immersion is factored in.
I don’t think so:
829 / (234 + 10) = 3.3975
So not the 3.44 being reported.
In any case, that 10kWh is actually not relevant in reality - from my Eddie before the HP was even commissioned on Dec 01.
Ahah! The bracketed COP value seems to be:
(HP Output Energy + Immersion energy) / (HP Electric Energy + Immersion Energy)
i.e. total energy out / total energy in
which does make sense.
Except that for me, the immersion energy is (since dec 1) entirely diverted surplus PV and totally free to me - so the bracketed COP is not meaningful.
