For the past handful of days (since Feb 20), the otherwise excellent My Heatpump App has shown data for two slightly overlapping days for each day (see screenshot below) for my system [1] located in Denmark. The overlap seems to be around an hour. Via https://heatpumpmonitor.org/, I have found a couple of other non-UK systems (Denmark [2] and Germany [3]) which are also affected by this problem so I guess it is related to the one hour time zone difference between the UK and the rest of us. Is this a known problem (a quick search in the forum did not turn up anything)? Is there something I can change on my side to fix this?
Hello @jkjaer aha interesting, I removed the fixed timezone set to Europe/London last week to now use the timezone set on the My Account page, it looks like the transition from days recorded prior to the change and recent days is not smooth…
The step to solve is to click on “Reload daily data” and then wait for the days to process when looking at the dashboard…
Hi again. I’m afraid that reloading the daily data is only a temporary fix. The problem returns again the following day. As an example, I reloaded the daily data yesterday, but today the past three days again have two data points pr day. My system can be found here: Emoncms - app view
