We’ve found that for our latest installation, the built-in wifi on the Pi 3 cannot see our nearest router so its been suggested I try a USB wifi adaptor instead. I’ve configured it in Raspbian and ipconfig shows it to be operational - but do I have to also configure EmonCMS to use that interface instead of the on-board one?
OK, I’ll answer this myself. Looks like the emon software will use it but cannot display the IP address its using.
ifconfig in the terminal should show you the IP
