Hi all, I have recently installed my own 7kW Vaillant and all is looking good so far. I was excited when my system appeared on the dashboard on 2nd Sept but it doesn’t appear to be updating and still shows just 2 days of logging. I have separate dhw sessions showing (Thanks Glyn) on my own ’ page ’ but no cop figures for dhw etc If you click on the detail on the far right you can see current performance graphs so site must be getting the data? Anything I am doing wrong? Thanks
Hello! There was an issue with the dashboard URL that you had entered, it was reducing the length of the available data to a few days. All sorted now. Thanks for sharing your data on there!

Just wondering if there was a way to reset the logging so it starts from the 7th Sept instead of the 2nd? Reason being is that up until that point all of my dhw heating was seen as heating and therefore affects the cop figures 
Post the 7th I had the dhw trigger working.
Sure, no problem. Data prior to the 7th has been truncated.
