Subscribing to feed from external (HomeAssistant) using mqtt

Hi all,
so I log onto the mqtt broker, (using mqtt explorer), that shows me all topics, and all I’m getting is the base $SYS…
How do I subscribe and see my topics=feeds. can they be access by remote apps.
I don’t want to subscribe using node red and then push out again, although I have another mqtt broker to which I can push data.

resolved, i can modify the feed to publish to mqtt also.
now to see how i get to it from the other side.
