Our unit seems to have died. A general electrician has had a quick look and said that either the “power module or the common mode choke has gone”. I’ve no idea what those are, but before we make any further decision, is it possible to get spare parts for it? If so, from where?

I’ve just replied to your email. We will arrange a complete unit swap, it will be easier for the electrican rather than replace any parts. We can then receive the faulty unit back for testing and diagnosis in our lab. The new unit will get you back up and running ASAP.
