I’ve just had a three phase open energy monitor installed in my property so that I can work out what changes I’m making to my heat pump and whether they are affecting my scop or not. Unfortunately, my heat pump was not fitted with any kind of measurement of efficiency. So the Engineer has gone and it’s working but the most simple thing that I normally have absolutely no problem with whatsoever is setting the account up.
If I scan the QR code in the plant room on the kit that is installed, I can see my stats perfectly. What I can’t do is link this to an account. I’ve tried it the other way by making an account first, but there’s no facility that I can find that will allow me to scan this barcode to pull in my heat pumps information . Whenever I try and do that, it tells me to log out because another account is using it. So I’m lost. I know nothing about programming although I’ve conditionally automated my home through Hive and Rako and Louvolite and things like that but this just seems to have completely defeated me right from the offset. The most simple thing setting up an account and linking it to my Open energy monitor in my property seems to just be the most elusive thing ever . Can somebody help me please?
