I got the data from the api to analyse it but, about the PV monitoring every x minutes, I did not find any measuring scale (kW or kWh) so I was wondering if you could just confirm if it is power or energy for me here please?

Which API, what system? You need to explain more fully what you have and what you are trying to do.
Power (W - Watts - Mr Watt) is an instantaneous measure.
Energy (kWh) is how much power used/generated etc over time.
