I have Panasonic Aquarea ASHP (set to weather compensation) and I noticed that it starts and stops the schedule I’ve defined (via the Comfort Cloud app) much earlier, possibly around a whole hour. I did check that the time on the control unit (and on my phone) is correct. Is there some sort of preheating active? Is there a way to disable it? I want to take advantage of cheaper tarrif windows and this behaviour messes it up.

Just to discount the obvious, it couldn’t just be your daylight saving setting, could it? Even if the clock is OK, your controller may think it’s an hour later or earlier. (If so, you should be able to disable it…)
