I tried to order from JLC, but they are out of several parts. So, I tried to use PCBWay. They asked me “Some vias be designed on the SMD pads, pls advise if proceed with via-in-pad process? If yes, this service is chargeable (over $100usd) and the vias will be filled with resin and capped with copper.”
Does this make sense to anyone?
