OpenEVSE, HTTP request and Charge Mode

Hi,

I have had a look at the RAPI commands I am wondering if its possible to issue a HTTP command to set the Charge Mode to ECO.

I can see it can be done via MQTT. but i am trying to do it via a HTTP request.
