Notify when feed stops updating

hi, found an article on the blog where on the server there should be a function that runs every 2 hours that notifies via email if a feed stopped updating

I would really like this feature but I don’t find it. is it only available for local databases or it’s a function available for the ones that use emoncms.org as well.

I understand that is only available on a local installation. (But I’m open to correction.)
