Delete the app and re activate it.
Is there data in the kWh feed when you look at it via the feeds page? testing here with an empty feed I cant seem to replicate, your configuration looks fine. If you “refresh feed size” on the feeds page do the feed sizes update to something sensible e.g more than zero or n/a?

when I hit refresh feeds a message comes out,
but increase the kWh
and in the my electric I think must be two bar instead one? yesterday and today ? the system date looks ok, Sun Dec 22 11:31:18 CET 2019
and when I press the configuration icon(key) it shows me this error
thank you

Looks like the error in the app has cleared now?
Did you create and delete a virtual feed on the feeds page to get the Config icon error? I’ve been able to replicate it in that relatively edge case. I have created an issue here Configure icon does not disapeer after deleting virtual feed · Issue #1488 · emoncms/emoncms · GitHub to note that this needs fixing.
The bug where the selected feed buttons such as config remained after the feed has been deleted is now fixed in the latest master branch - and will be merged to stable soon.

Hi,
I am experiencing a similar issue with a new installation.
I had to reconfigure the app daily (4th time today) to get the KWh use for the day to display on the app.
When saving the app configuration, I get the error below:
I reconfigured the feeds yesterday as below just in case but the issue remains:
These are the feeds currently in emoncms:

Thanks @Lucas , did the app work to start with? and how long after initial configuration did the error re-appear? I tried creating a new MyElectric app here with a fresh kWh feed and it seems to be working for me.

Hi @TrystanLea , the app work for the first day and then stop. I assume that it fails at 23:59:59 when going into the next day.
Thanks @Lucas does this happen when you leave the app open, but disappears if you refresh the page?

Hi Tristan,
No.
The data is displaying correctly the whole day after re-configuring it.
I did have to delete the feed and reinstate it yesterday for the app to work.
I have just noticed that the Used_Kwh feed is showing 0B (see screenshot above), which would suggest that the log for that specific feed is somehow missing. However, if I create a graph, the data is present (note that the feed was recreated around 5pm yesterday):
Let me know if you like me to delete the feed and try again.
I have re-configured my electric a couple of hours ago and the Kwh is still missing:

Yesterday I created another my electric app using another feed created from another power input.
Same issue occurred. App works fine on day 1 but Kwh shows 0 from day 2.
The my electric app created the day before yesterday is now showing the total consumption for the day before that.
So to recap: App created on day 1 (works as expected) => day 2 Kwh is showing 0.0 Kwh => day 3 Kwh is showing day 2 total consumption:
As of today, a new list of 15 inputs have appeared from nowhere…
Any suggestion on how I can resolve these issues please?
Hello @Lucas have you configured the timezone setting on the My Account page? This needs to match your browsers timezone. This could be the reason for the issue.
To see the updated feed size you need to click on ‘Refresh feed size’ at the bottom of the feed list page.
