"No data available" showing over graph in emoncms

I have a level 3 HP monitor setup, although the electricity monitoring is awaiting a return visit from the electrician to install. It has been working fine through emoncms.org for a short while but now it seems to be showing the graph (as it did before), but with a “No data available” overlay as below:

Is this expected behaviour or have I messed something up? If it helps, it looks like list.json and data.json network calls are both returning data but processdaily is returning the “No data available” message.

Is this issue still happening for you?

If so, click on the spanner icon in the top right, and then on the red button labelled “Reload daily data” then refresh the page.

Thanks for your reply. It started working when I supplied the electrical data so I didn’t need to try this reload option, but useful to know it’s there.
