Newbie what do In need to order?

I have a 10KW PV system and I wish to install a PV and energy monitoring system that will display both on my Windows PC. I would like WIFI to the PC. and from the mains/solar sensors. I would also like to automatically switch the excess power to some 13A sockets.

Can one of you clever people help please.

You can achieve the monitoring part with an EmonPi/EmonTx based monitor, the guide gives a good overview here: System Overview — OpenEnergyMonitor 0.0.1 documentation

For controling 13A sockets, the EmonPi has a piece of software installed called NodeRed which is a more advanced topic, covered a little here:
