What happens when you click on the “refresh feed size” button?

now working , but I think I had small Size for the period time and 10s cycle ( 2,6KB )
and when I try to see or config via Feed API helper I get this screen
after click on Feed API helper
The correct URL for the feed API is Emoncms - user login.

I lost my Administration menu after latest update.
Any idea to reinstall this module?
I can access it only directly from admin/view url.
