My ipad 2 (ios 9.3.5) don´t work

Hi,
today i open a new account, but after create every feeds I can see the app (solar / house) im my pc and iphone, but when I try use a old ipad (ios9.3.5) for monitor, it stuck when I try open the app.
is possible to fix that ?
