Loss of outside temperature

I have been using my emonHP through the cloud and can see the outside temperature/data from when HP installed in the App and dashboard. I have now been setting up to get the data locally. Everything is working except the outside temperature/date. In the setup page I have selected the outside_temperature feed (the same as when using through cloud ) but this is not showing the data.

Also in setup page I have entered the unix time for when the HP was installed but the App is only showing data from 15 January 26 when I setup the local recording.

The ‘cloud’ is emoncms.org. The local instance of emoncms is completely separate and the data doesn’t sync (unless you tell it to) so you will only see data from the date you started logging it locally as well as remotely.

Presumably the App on the local emonHP? See answer above.

I don’t know how the emonHP is setup by the Shop, so can’t help further.
