Lithium Ion battery equalizer circuit

Hello friends,

I am trying to develop a battery equalizer for Lithium ion battery cells i.e 3s, 4s, 5s type batteries, but I could not find a schematic design for it. do you have if yes please provide me or suggest a way to do it.
