LinkNode R8

Hello all…How are you??

Do you have any idea how to flash a program to LinkNode R8 (ESP8266) using Arduino IDE?

I’d flash Tasmota onto it. There is a template for it here.

Yet another classic case of Google is your friend.

This showed up number 1 in the results list of a Google search. Viz:

If you’re not sure what, or how, to ask Google for info, give it your best shot. All I did was copy
and paste the OP’s question into a Google inquiry box and got the info they were asking for.

It’s located about half-way down the page. Looks like this:

Mr.Thomson hello and have a nice day

Unfortunately, I have already read theae instructions but no solution found for the moment. That’s why I asked. I try to find some other ways using multimeter too to check the pins of ESP8266.
If I finally so it, I will let you know
Greetings

I don’t understand the issue - just install a Tasmota bin file Tasmota Documentation - Tasmota. No need for the IDE.

That info would have been helpful as it would have saved some time.

However, you asked Do you have any idea how to flash a program to LinkNode R8 (ESP8266) using Arduino IDE? Hence, my answer.

Had I known you already tried and still had no luck, I would have asked you to describe what it is specifically, you are having trouble with, and taken it from there.

The more info you can give us, the better positioned we’ll be to help you.
