Is It Possible to Export Other Users' Data for Comparison?

Hello everyone,

I’m currently working with the data available through the platform and was wondering if there’s any way to export data from other users, assuming it’s publicly available or shared in some way.

My goal is to compare their data with mine to better understand performance patterns and potentially identify common trends. I understand that data exports might typically be restricted to account owners (as I can see my graphs), but I’m hoping there might be a method (e.g. shared access, public datasets, or attaching a recording equipment key) that allows access to data from other users. I know I can just look up the specific instalation but wanted a method to download the raw data.

Has anyone had experience with this? Is it even possible within the current platform permissions?

Any insights or suggestions would be much appreciated!

Thanks in advance,
Adrian

Yes, it’s possible and as long as queries are not overloading the servers, you should be OK. I compare my boiler to heat pumps as there’s no such research available elsewhere. Here’s an annual view of one of the graphs I generate with the data. Thanks OEM :green_heart:

Thank you very much.

Would it be possible to let me know where can I read more about how to import other’s installation data?
