Still waiting on IotaWatt - ordered 10th Nov, destined for Australia
paid extra for tracking, however it stops at
Friday 10th Nov

Does this mean there is no tracking once it leaves English shores ?,
How long before it gets to Australia ?

Emailing the shop was the right thing to do, I’m sure they will contact you, it’s just 9:20am Monday here in the UK, the shop isn’t open over the weekend.
