Hi I’m getting some odd breaks in the data flowing. All the feeds seem to stop and restart simultaneously.
It looks like the router or internet connection is dropping in & out. But that would be quite strange pattern, and the resident hasn’t reported that.
Any suggestions?

You might also get that pattern if the EmonHP is rebooting periodically, or, if using Ethernet, the cable is compromised.

Ive realised that we’ve had no data at all for 14 days now.
The Emonpi is definitely on & reading as I had the resident check that.
But, no data flowing.
I’ll ask them to give the ethernet cables a wiggle.

All cables are in fine. Internet is working fine. Data is definitely flowing to the Emonpi2. It is not getting from there to the web.

Alas no I can’t contact that address.

It’s the same for me a few moments ago. I’ve emailed Glyn privately, so they should be aware shortly.
