At the moment i’ve a base station which is able of 2 phase measurements. Now I want to expand the base station with a emonTx V3.
My main question now is: is it possible to connect multiple emonTx V3 modules with the base station?
Yes.
Each “Node” on the system must have its own unique ID. Your Base will probably be Node 5, emonTx’s can have one of two Node IDs selected by a DIP switch. When you have more than two emonTx’s, you’ll need a programmer to allocate a different Node ID to the third and upwards.
