I’d like to be able to download my data for a range of dates or a particular date from my emonPi. Is this possible?

Have you looked here in Docs: Calculating Daily kWh — OpenEnergyMonitor 0.0.1 documentation ?
With the correct choice of settings, this appears to give me a CSV download of one value per day.
Presumably if I had 2 such Feeds, I could have had both in the CSV output - but I can’t check this.
