Help ordering system to fit my usage

Last year in ordered and installed an emonPi2, expanded to 12 ct’s, 12 ct’s, and an emonVS power supply. This is working great. So great that I want to monitor another location.

But the emonPi2 is no longer available and the emonPi3 is coming “soon”. But without the expansion capability.

My understanding is that the emonTX5 can work as an expansion for the emonPi3. Would this require 2 emonVS? But the emonTX5 is not available.

It appears that the emonTX5 can be expanded to 12 ct’s and only need 1 emonVS. Possibly I could use an emonBase (availability unknown). instead of an emonPi3?

My understanding of the emonBase is that it is an RPi + RFMSPI. Would an RPi zero 2W suffice?

And to make matters a little more complicated my new location is also in the USA, that is 240v split phase.

My conclusion is:

  • RFMPSI (order RPi zero 2W elsewhere)
  • emonTX5
  • emonTX5/emonPi2 expansion board
  • emonVS, no plug
  • 12 CTs (1X 200A, 1x 100A, 5x 50A, 5x 20A)

I just have the feeling I need to look at this another way. Some advice?
