It might be worth setting DEBUG to 1 here and looking at the serial output from the board: https://github.com/openenergymonitor/HeatpumpMonitor/blob/master/Firmware/Arduino/HeatpumpMonitor_AutoTemp_MultiPage/HeatpumpMonitor_AutoTemp_MultiPage.ino#L32 to see if there is any info on the data request to emoncms.org?
I imagine you have tried with and without the SHA-1 fingerprint too?

After trying all I could think off I decide to clean the ESP12 and start all over again.
This was not possible, not whit the esp tool.py and not whit the tool I find named NodeMcu
Therefore I replaced the ESP12s for a new one.
Flaches the software and set TWO jumpers for RX and TX
Now its connected and working.
Next is the CT3 and MBUS setting.
