Hi I’m new to all this.
I have the EmonHP package installed. I’m getting data flowing from the heat meter and emonTH room sensors, but not from the two electrical meters.
I believe they are wired correctly. The software is working, so I guess it might be a software set up issue?

Nice work getting the system up and running. I’ve checked the software configuration for your system and everything looks correct. The emonHP base-station is reporting that the RS485 modbus reader is connected via USB, but there is a null response coming from the electricity meters.
How far is the cable extension of the RS485 modbus wires?
Have you got a photo showing the connections between the extension cable and the black flex on the base-station end? All the other connections which I can see your photos seem to look correct.

I think Ive spotted a very obvious cause. The cable is damaged part way along- I just discovered it now. I suspect that once Ive replaced the cable we will be good.
