Heat Pump data not showing in Heat pump app

I have just installed Level 3 Heat Pump Monitoring Bundle (emonHP). I can find the monitoring information when I scan the QR code or go to the public information at heatpumpmonitor.org but when I try to view the information by logging into Emoncms.org heat pump App it just shows a set-up page.
In the instructions it says the information should be on the Feeds page. It is not there.

Advice please

If you’re able to DM me your emoncms username, I’ll have a look. It must be using a different account?
