You will need to measure or estimate heat input somehow to do this. E.g with gas meter readings and electricity meter readings if you have these ? What form of heating do you have?
You could do a weekly or monthly analysis, measure average internal temperature, average outside temperature, and estimate kWh of heat input from the heating system, measure kWh electricity consumption, estimate other gains such as body heat and solar gains.
