Hi OEM Community,

May I know the level of warranty that comes with the purchase of OEM products (emonPI, emonTH, etc.)?

How long is the repair turnover time, etc.? Are we paying for the shipping fee?

Hi William,

There is a 2 year warranty on all hardware sold through the OpenEnergyMonitor shop.

How long it takes depends on what the issue is. We will endeavour to fix any issues as quickly as we can.

We will refund the shipping cost if the issue is covered by the warranty: i.e., a problem due to factory defects or hardware malfunctioning under normal use.
