GFCI Self Test Failed, following firmware update

Have just updated firmware to ‘Firmware:8.2.3.T2’
running with:-
Firmware config:openevse_wifi_v1
Firmware version:v4.2.2

And I am now getting a GFCI self test failure.
Have checked my module restore, and all wires and connection appear correct, earth connection seems to be connected to earth.
and as ‘far as I can see’, nothing has changed to the wiring,. firmware update went without issue
log of update went as follows:-

avrdude: 29688 bytes of flash written
avrdude: verifying flash memory against ../emonevse.hex
Reading | ################################################## | 100% 12.80 s
avrdude: 29688 bytes of flash verified

So programmer appears happy.

Does anyone have any thoughts as to what might be the issue?
Is there a forced initialisation I need to do?

Could you check the connector for the GFCI CT, could this have got unplugged or dislodged?

Tx for getting back so quickly.
Good news,… All Sorted,…
Opened charge unit up and checked continuity across GFCI coils,… wire coil is low resistance whilst large ( proper CT) coil is around 45R.
So probably OK… But what I did notice when I opened unit up was how the GFCI wires were taught,… and as I tried to measure coil resistance how front connector put a small additional tension on this connector.
So I re-routed this cable so it was not under any strain, made sure it was securely home, as cover was applied. Powered up,… and all is now good.
Firmware updated,… and all running fine…
thanks again for the hint…
