I was going through the Feedwriter and service-runner service files and readmes doing a little tidying up.
It occurred to me to see if the update scripts install these. It appears not. I also wondered if the update script checks which type of these is running (old feedwriter was init.d, old service-runner was cron).
I note there is an entry in the update script to update the MQTT input script and I suggest that this should be done for these new services as well.
Could someone confirm I am correct? If so an issue should be opened. It might also explain some of the oddities seen recently during updates, I presume the new SD is setup to use the services instead of the old mechanisms.
