It looks as if I need to look at the configuration code. The original version I published some while ago appears to have worked correctly for some time, but from comments made, it appears that something has been changed in the emonTx V4 version. I’ve been far too busy to be able to look at the emonTx V4 sketch.

If anyone wants to try to use the code from the ..._config.ino file, that and the emonTx V4 sketch will need to be changed to accommodate the variables that need to be changed by the configuration commands.
