What does the serial data from the emonTx v3 look like, it might not be the right format, it needs to be key: value, pairs. Can you try the main emonTx3 firmware? emontx3/firmware/emonTx34/emonTx34_CM at master · openenergymonitor/emontx3 · GitHub
