EmonPi outage

Just noticed the data wasn’t being updated. Checked the EmonPi and the lights were off. Removed the power adapter and plugged it back in and things seem to have kicked in again.
Anything I can check in the logs to work out why it might have stopped working just after midday today, please? To the best of my knowledge it’s the first time it’s happened since installation in mid December last year.

My local instance is running “low-write 11.6.10”.
Home Assistant complains about it not running 11.5.7 or newer.
Any help on resolving that would be much appreciated.

Hi @LeiChat - easy options to check, run these two commands:

  • cat /var/log/syslog
  • journalctl

(You may need to run these as sudo). journalctl is the systemd log, used on a lot of distributions these days, and syslog is the more traditional log. They are time stamped, so you might be able to find something useful.
