Before I start a new topic for this issue, please, let me a question: now is it possible somehow to copy the data from the wrong sd card?
No sorry, if the card has been corrupted, it is very difficult, I believe, to access any data. You can try and put it in a card reader on a PC and see if that gives you access.
hmmm. I found a program (diskinternals linux reader) and with this I can read, and copy the complete home/pi/data folder 
I hope, I can use the data after reinstall EmonPI.
