Might be worth waiting until I push it to stable. I’m going to add an option to format the attached drive to btrfs which is meant to be better for this application and test this on my own system with many years of data which will be a good test!

My target storage will be a ‘mounted partition’ of a TrueNAS dataset allocated exclusively to Emonpi backups,.. which would then be rsync’d to another system nightly.
You can never have too many backups!! 
Just as long as you practice using them before you have to
