I’ve pushed a change that might fix this for you, although I’m guessing as to the exact issue here given that we’re not getting anything useful from the api response or logs. The likely cause is a infinity value for a feed that’s breaking the json string encode, the fix converts inf to null, inf is not a useful concept in emoncms and will either mean configuration error or a corrupt feed, so I think converting to null is fine in this instance. v11.19.8 is now available to download.
Is there a link to instructions on where and how to download? (Sorry to be asking basic questions but I have not touched any of this for many years)
