DIYBMS v4.90 monitoring board voltages all read 4.499

I am trying to get the diy monitoring board up and running. I’ve gone through all the posts on this and still can’t seem to fix it. I currently have a 6S setup with each cell at ~3.3V. I’ve verified that all the unused pins are shorted together and also made sure it was programmed with the VREF4500, which is what it says the reference should be on TP5. When I turn it on, all 6 voltages just read 4.499V and don’t change. The readme says this is a voltage reference issue and to check TP5, which I did, and it reads 2.7V. Does this mean I need a new board? Or is there something else I can try? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I figured this out, my board did not have the 4.5V reference chip U6 installed as it was ordered from jlcpcb, it mentions this in the readme file which I didn’t notice when purchasing. After purchasing the chip and soldering it on, my test point voltages are all correct.
