Unless you also have radiators, you could remove all the TRVs, mixers, pumps, activators from your UFH manifold and directly control the flow temperature with the heatpump. Provided the UFH pipes are in contact with something that have a high thermal mass it’s unlikely the low water volume will be an issue.
