So after a tweet from Mick Wall this morning and a link to the DHW retrofit monitoring kit, I was about to purchase one so I could see how my DHW COP was doing. However being an early adopter it would appear I don’t have the hardware to support it. So I’m assuming I need to get up to date hardware as it’s not possible to fit to the old kit.
Yes, the retrofit kit is compatible with all existing emonHP units. The retrofit kit is not just the sensor, it’s a separate unit which plugs into your existing emonHP vis USB:

For some reason I was thinking the CT connected directly to the emonHP I’ll get one ordered then
