I’m finding that my EDLA08EV3, which is placed on the western wall of my house (I know North is recommended) wildly over reads temperature when the sun is out - for obvious reasons.
I’ve tucked it into the housing a bit, which did help, but its still useless when the sun is out - which isnt great for weather comp.
Has anyone with these heat pumps switched to a remote (wired) sensor positioned away from the unit on a shaded/Northern wall? If so what are my options?
