Cleaner data

Hi all.

I’ve cleaned up my data on here HeatpumpMonitor.org

I’m using CN105 port sending data via MQTT but with a little bit of research I realised that I could mount DS18B20 sensors to get a higher resolution. I’ve mounted the sensors with thermal paste and copper wire. I’ve used 5 in total. 2 on the flow and return on each ASHP and one on the flow out of the LLH. I decided to mount one on there so I could see if my flow was balanced though the LLH. Sensors are all well insulated.

All 5 sensors connected to a single esp32 and were I tested before mounting them. They were all within 0.1c

Power is being monitored via 2 pulse sensors mounted on my two electric meters. Meters are for ASHP only.

Again using esp32 to send data to HA. Data from the pulse sensor wasn’t the cleanest using 3.3v, so I swapped over to 5v and pin27. Doing so cleaned up the data wonderfully. This is for the ASHP1. I’ll do the same ashp2 as it’s still on 3.3v.

Flow data is from two sika sensors.

I understand that my data won’t be 100% accurate but I think I’ve improved the overall picture of a mitsubishi 22.4kw cascade system.

No heat meter, but the cleaner data has reduced errors.

Thanks.
