A heating engineer visiting a project I’m involved in said solar PV panels are going down in price a lot this month because the FiT scheme has stopped in the UK as of 31st March. Feed-in Tariff (FiT) to End in 2019 - Don’t Miss Out!
This means stockists and installers with warehouses full of panels will likely soon be dropping prices to make space.

. Of course, if we were out of the EU with no deal, we could just import really cheap Chinese ones that the EU currently has high tariffs on to protect German manufacturers.
