Backup not working

Hi

So, I have a brand new feb24/fully updated 11.6.9 EMON server running on a Rpi 4. Data and configuration is ALL brand new (nothing was restored from any previous servers)

When I click on backup, nothing happens. Tried on various browsers/devices and nothing happens…

Any pointers?

After some time (many minutes…) waiting for backup to work, I got the following error…

Hello @phamiltonsmith I wonder if this issue is related to the recent issue where some users reported not being able to update their emoncms install from the UI. You may need to SSH into your Pi and update emoncms manually to fix this, try:

cd /var/www/emoncms
git pull
