curious I was going to buy some lithium batteries for an electric car project and a power wall project.
they state the the batteries are brand new 48volt 140AH at $1020 each… which if you ask me i can not get lead acid for that price locally at that size for that price
I am just not so familiar with them
what the average lifecycle and any other problems that one might encounter with NMC
I have lifepo4 batteries and they are rugged in a power wall situation but for a prismatic battery of that size it almost double that price a cylinder type lifepo4 battery would be 20% more NMC battery so i am wondering what is the down side NMC ( other then the cobalt) if someone might know
